DEMOCRACIA    DEMOCRACY

.              El grave error y ceguera política del mundo es que en un sistema con Libertad, es una obligación la DEMOCRACIA, pero a través de la historia el sector Político del mundo ha vivido en el error de promover que entre más abierta sea la DEMOCRACIA se tendrá una sociedad en mejor armonía y estamos totalmente equivocados en creer que la DEMOCRACIA es **Que las decisiones se toman en base a la OPINION DE LA MAYORIA**

aquí se demuestra la ineptitud Política porque queda demostrado que gobierna quien más votos obtenga, y este fenómeno nos indica que la victoria en elecciones políticas gana un candidato que obtiene hasta menos del 30% del total de la población, la razón es que existen 3 o más partidos políticos, o sea el ganador gobernara para un pueblo donde más del 70% se opone a que sea quien los gobierne ,

porque al tener a más 7 mil millones de habitantes y países del mundo defendiendo sus diferentes intereses personales, económicos y de propiedad tenemos un gran universo de dispersión y polarización radical de intereses y a este fenómeno le llamo Democracia Negativa y auto destructiva, porque solo nos lleva a la ambición personal y destrucción global porque las leyes que se constituyen son leyes que amparan los derechos de unos pero perjudican los intereses de otros por eso el mundo muestra su inconformidad en las calles , el grave error radica que no conocen la  RAIZ de la DEMOCRACIA positiva y productiva que nunca se promueve por los políticos y me refiero a que todos los habitantes del mundo estaremos de acuerdo y coincidimos en que de acuerdo a lo que aportamos laboralmente requerimos cubrir un mínimo de necesidades básicas en lo personal y para nuestra familia, o sea una persona que trabaja en actividades , básicas, medias o de administración o científicas, espera una retribución mínima que cubra sus necesidades proporcionales de acuerdo a la aportación realizada, esto es lo que busca todo habitante del planeta a esto también le llamo  EXCELENCIA DE CALIDAD DE VIDA , porque los políticos del mundo demuestran NO conocer la teoría o pirámide de Abraham Maslow que es sinónimo de la Excelencia de Calidad de Vida, esto nos dice que aquí existe coincidencia universal, claro con un rango de necesidades a cubrir individualmente, aquí aparentemente al haber una coincidencia TOTAL aparentemente desapareció la democracia pero esto es la RAIZ de la DEMOCRACIA con un objetivo Positivo y productivo, Por lo tanto, las decisiones se toman en base a la opinión y COINCIDENCIA UNIVERSAL, y a esto le llamo verdadera DEMOCRACIA positiva,  y esta forma es la que debemos aprovechar como objetivo o meta GLOBAL para planear y diseñar nuestro sistema ideal del mundo,  porque al coincidir Globalmente en cubrir NECESIDADES en orden jerarquico, podemos unir esa fuerza humana desperdiciada y más aún con inteligencia potencializaremos los resultados.

La coincidencia Universal de opiniones debe ser la verdadera raíz de la DEMOCRACIA.

!! A esto le llamo verdadera DEMOCRACIA !!

La sociedad percibe en el mundo lo que es el Hambre y pobreza, empleos y escases de oportunidades, Delincuencia en todas sus modalidades, Corrupción, desigualdad abismal de la riqueza, Calentamiento global y destrucción del ecosistema, manifestaciones sociales  y violentas,  y por lo mismo la sociedad en el mundo muestra su inconformidad manifestándose en las calles, la razón, es porque los derechos de unos afectan los intereses de otros, toda esta problemática los gobiernos de cada país toman Acciones correctivas y tratan de ajustar,  adecuar y modificar sus normas, leyes, reglamentos y hasta su constitución política y los resultados son muy pobres y siguen creciendo los problemas a pesar de grandes esfuerzos de todos.

Los cambios de gobiernos en la historia de la humanidad, que han utilizado la Violencia como las Revoluciones, Golpes de estado, hasta Guerras Mundiales así como también han fracasado los sistemas de Gobiernos : Comunistas o Unipartidistas, Socialista, Dictaduras, Monarquías, Oligarquía, Teocracia etc., etc., o también insistimos en un sistema Capitalista que solo nos autodestruye porque NO podemos entender que existe la Democracia Negativa y autodestructiva pero también la Positiva y Productiva o tenemos en la indefinición lo que debemos entender por LIBERTAD y hasta donde llegan los límites del RESPETO .

Las Revoluciones en la historia del mundo, se han originado para sacudirse la opresión de la esclavitud, racismo, desigualdad de la riqueza y pobreza ocasionada principalmente por la corrupción de los gobiernos, donde el pueblo exige líderes y gobierno diferente que lleguen a traer beneficios para todos, pero está demostrado que solo es un ciclo repetitivo donde solo cambian personas pero con el tiempo regresa el fenómeno social y político donde jamás se tendrá una solución para mejorar la calidad de vida global.

El proyecto de UN MUNDO MEJOR Y JUSTO es una revolución pero de un sistema político a un sistema de ADMINISTRACION  de RECURSOS para obtener EXCELENCIA DE CALIDAD DE VIDA.

Porque la solución no está cambiar a las personas en el gobierno o los tipos de gobiernos, la solución está en el SISTEMA DE ADMINISTRACION DE LOS RECURSOS, en este caso es un cambio donde estamos gobernados por líderes y la propuesta es a una administración dirigida por un CONSEJO DE ADMINISTRACION  de recursos.

                               Porque los gobiernos son responsables de generar el sistema con empleo para todos y bien remunerado o son copartícipes de generar delincuencia pues en sus manos esta diseñar un sistema con Libertad, Democracia, Respeto y con igualdad de oportunidades pero el que más aporte más beneficios debe tener.

 DEMOCRACY

.                 The grave error and political blindness of the world is that in a system with Freedom, DEMOCRACY is an obligation, but throughout history the political sector of the world has lived in the error of promoting that the more open the DEMOCRACY will have a Society in better harmony and because we are totally mistaken in believing that DEMOCRACY is ** That decisions are made based on the OPINION OF THE MAJORITY **  

here the political ineptitude is demonstrated because it is shown that whoever vows the most votes, and this Phenomenon indicates that victory in political elections wins a candidate who gets up to less than 30% of the total population, the reason being that there are 3 or more political parties, that is, the winner will rule for a town where more than 70% Opposes to whoever governs them, because having more than 7 billion inhabitants and countries of the world defending their different personal, economic and property interests we have a great universe of dispersion and radical polarization of interests and this phenomenon I call it Negative Democracy and self-destructive,

because it only leads to personal ambition and global destruction because the laws that are constituted are laws that protect the rights of some but harm the interests of others that is why the world shows its discontent in the streets, The serious error is that they do not know the ROOT of positive and productive DEMOCRACY that is never promoted by politicians and I mean that all the inhabitants of the world will agree and agree that according to what we provide labor we require to cover a minimum of basic needs in the personal and for our family, that is a person who works in activities, basic, average Or administration or scientific, expects a minimum remuneration that covers their proportional needs according to the contribution made, this is what every inhabitant of the planet is looking for, I also call it QUALITY OF LIFE EXCELLENCE, because the world’s politicians prove NOT to know Abraham Maslow’s theory or pyramid that is synonymous with Excellence in Quality of Life, this tells us that there is universal coincidence here, clear with a range of needs to cover individually, here apparently having a TOTAL coincidence apparently disappeared democracy but this Is the ROOT of DEMOCRACY with a positive and productive objective, then decisions are made based on the opinion and UNIVERSAL coincidence, as I call it true positive democracy and this way is that we must seize the objective or goal to plan and design our ideal system in the world because it coincides Globally In covering NEEDS in hierarchical order, we can unite that wasted human force and even more intelligently we will potentiate the results.

The Universal coincidence of Opinions must be the true root of DEMOCRACY.
!! This is what I call true DEMOCRACY !!

.                    Society perceives in the world what is Hunger and poverty, jobs and lack of opportunities, Delinquency in all its forms, Corruption, abysmal inequality of wealth, Global warming and destruction of the ecosystem, social and violent manifestations, and therefore The society in the world shows its discontent manifesting in the streets, the reason is because the rights of some affect the interests of others, all this problematic the governments of each country take corrective actions and try to adjust, adapt and modify their standards, Laws, regulations and even their political constitution and the results are very poor and continue to grow problems despite great efforts of all.

The changes of governments in the history of mankind, which have used Violence as Revolutions, Coups, until World Wars as well as have failed the systems of Governments: Communists or Single political party, Socialist, Dictatorships, Monarchies, Oligarchy, Theocracy Etc., or we also insist on a Capitalist system that only destroys us because we cannot understand that there is Negative and self-destructive Democracy but also Positive and Productive or we have in the in definition what we should understand by FREEDOM and how far RESPECT limits.

.                   Revolutions in the history of the world have originated to shake off the oppression of inequality and poverty caused by the corruption of governments, where people demand different leaders and governments that will bring benefits for all, but it is shown that it is only A repetitive cycle where people change but over time the social and political phenomenon returns where there will never be a solution to improve the overall quality of life.

.                    The BEST AND FAIR WORLD project is a revolution but from a political system to a System of administration of resources to obtain EXCELLENCE OF QUALITY OF LIFE.

.                     Because the solution is not to change people in government or types of governments, the solution lies in the SYSTEM OF ADMINISTRATION OF RESOURCES, in this case it is a change where we are governed by leaders and the proposal is to a management directed by A BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION of resources.

.                      Because governments are responsible for generating the system with employment for all and well paid or are partners to generate crime because in their hands is to design a system with Freedom, Democracy, Respect and equal opportunities but the one who brings the most benefits should receive In return.
