Está claro que para el 100% de los seres humanos de este planeta existe coincidencia Universal que exige cubrir necesidades de alimentos bienes y servicios en orden jerárquico, pero la pregunta es ¿quién o quiénes? tienen la capacidad y conocimientos para este enorme proyecto, para tomar este tipo de decisiones tenemos que descartar totalmente a los políticos, ya que está demostrado que por siglos o décadas los resultados han sido un rotundo fracaso adicionalmente de la corrupción que los rodea, el proyecto requiere de personas que tengan conocimiento de alto nivel académico y en todas las materias y eso solo podría ser
un consejo de administración constituido precisamente de científicos en diferentes materias, este consejo remplazara en este caso al poder ejecutivo y tomara las decisiones junto con grupo de apoyo en cada materia.
Este razonamiento nos lleva a dar un ejemplo sencillo:
– Cuando queremos reparar nuestro auto no acudimos al panadero.
– Cuando queremos hacer pan no acudimos con el mecánico.
Este es un ejemplo muy sencillo que nos lleva a decidir que debemos acudir con los expertos en cada especialidad y un POLITICO nos ha demostrado solo fracasos rodeado de CORRUPCION.

Para realizar cualquier Proyecto es indispensable la planeación y diseño y más cuando el proyecto es mayor como un automóvil, Casa, Edificio, Avión etc., pero cuando hablamos de un proyecto con la complejidad de cómo CONSTRUIR UN MUNDO MEJOR Y JUSTO para más de 7 mil millones de habitantes, resulta ser de la magnitud del tamaño del planeta es un reto donde se requiere la participación de todos.

El proyecto de COMO CONSTRUIR UN MUNDO MEJOR Y JUSTO está basado en la PRODUCCION GLOBALIZADA, jamás los gobiernos podrán dar excelencia de calidad de vida a todos lo que habitamos este planeta así como al planeta mismo con el sistema actual, la solución no vendrá de la nada o jamás del dinero, se obtendrá con realismo cuando existan Alimentos, Bienes y Servicios que cubran totalmente las necesidades de todos los seres humanos y eso solo lo obtendremos con un proyecto como la propuesta CCUMMYJ o algún otro proyecto similar.

DISEÑO Y COMO FUNCIONA
Es imposible que la integración total de un sistema como lo es UN MUNDO MEJOR Y JUSTO sea a corto plazo o se realice un cambio radical de un día para otro. Esta integración deberá ser en una forma sutil y paulatinamente sin que la mayor parte de la sociedad económicamente estable se vea afectada, o sea poco a poco se deberá ir integrando a la gente que NO tiene trabajo o que se encuentra con graves problemas económico o marginados de la sociedad, (este grupo de gente es potencialmente un delincuente) ¿esto como sucederá? 
Existen en el mundo en todos los países infinidad de Fundaciones, Agrupaciones, Gobiernos y gente altruistas que realiza cooperaciones económicas o en especie para mitigar un poco el, Hambre, Dolor, etc., pero esa infinidad de ayuda solo sirve para quitar el hambre o dolor solo momentáneamente y siempre será un barril sin fondo, 
aquí lo que se pretende es inicialmente crear Fundaciones Productivas y autosustentable que le llamaremos PRODUCCION GLOBALIZADA, ¿Qué es esto? ¿Cómo funciona? Son una Sociedad de cadena de Células Productivas Globalizadas establecidas en zonas semiáridas o áridas pero fuera de las ciudades, donde su población NO deberá ser mayor a 100 mil personas (este estudio deberá realizarse más detalladamente con mayores fundamentos por expertos) , donde contaran con casas ecológicas autosustentables con todos los servicios y adelantos tecnológicos y con la peculiaridad de que en cada célula se fabrique un producto diferente a las de las demás células para auto abastecer las necesidades globales entre sí, por ejemplo una célula de producción de lácteos, otra de motocicletas, otra de ganado vacuno, otra de aves, etc., incluyendo servicios como Hospitales especializados, Colegios y/o Universidades de nivel superior, Esparcimiento como centros Vacacionales, etc., hasta tener completo el ciclo de células productivas que sean necesarias para globalizar la producción necesaria para inter- abastecer a toda la sociedad de cada país.
Pero todos los países del mundo deberán internamente crear su propio programa de PRODUCCION GLOBALIZADA, lógicamente cada país tendrá un exceso y también carencia de producción en determinados productos, por lo mismo en previo acuerdo (TRUEQUE) se podrá intercambiar productos o también aquel país que no cuente con los recursos para producir algunos productos se negociara un intercambio de infraestructura productiva a cambio de ser maquilador de determinado producto para quien aporte estos recursos. Con esto, todos los países del mundo tendrán capacidad de cubrir las necesidades de sus habitantes eliminando totalmente la Migración donde NO existiran Muros
Cuál ha sido el ETERNO y grave error del sistema de gobierno, pongamos un ejemplo muy sencillo:
– cuando por NECESIDAD y falta de recursos vamos construyendo con muchos esfuerzos unos cuartos sólidos y podemos darle a nuestra familia un techo más confortable y seguro, pero que irremediablemente crece la familia y por necesidad construimos otros cuartos en la parte superior, pero siguen creciendo las necesidades y seguimos construyendo más pisos, seguro que al 2do o 3er piso comienzan a notarse los efectos o síntomas y vemos que los pisos y paredes se abren y buscamos la solución parchando cuarteaduras y entre más pisos vamos construyendo por necesidad aumenta el riesgo de colapsar la construcción, ¿Cuál fue la “CAUSA” del problema? La respuesta es muy simple: haber construido sin diseñar, planear y mucho menos sin un objetivo bien definido y solo nos vemos en la necesidad de atacar los síntomas construyendo sin planear,,, lo que genera se parchen grietas, paredes, pisos etc., esto es comparable con cientos o miles de reformas a las reglas, leyes y constitución política que se realizan cada año y los problemas siguen creciendo.
Ejemplo del ¿Cómo? Si, Podemos planear y diseñar un verdadero sistema IDEAL:
– Cuando a un ingeniero le dan un proyecto de construir un edificio de 100 pisos que va a utilizarse para determinado servicio y el usuario quiere que lleve elevadores, cristalería, ventilación, etc., y va utilizarse para determinada actividad o necesidades a cubrir para el usuario el cual tiene que proporcionar todos estos datos muy precisos al ingeniero como OBJETIVO bien definido ¿¿¿¿para qué??? Se va ocupar el edificio etc., entonces el ingeniero comienza a planear, diseñar y cotizar el proyecto, se lo presenta a su cliente y le pide una serie de necesidades y recursos que son indispensables para el proyecto , cuando el cliente analiza Sí cuenta con los recursos suficientes para el proyecto y da luz verde, se inicia la construcción , y ya concluida la obra, se pone en operación pasando de la teoría a la práctica funcionando perfectamente, pasado algún tiempo el propietario le solicita al ingeniero ¡¡adicione 10 pisos más!!!, 
lógicamente el ingeniero rechaza el adicionar esos 10 pisos porque el proyecto se calculó como objetivo para 100 pisos ni uno más o nuestro diseño será rebasado y tendrá un alto riesgo de colapsar, ¿esto que nos indica?, que debemos tener bien definido nuestro OBJETIVO, o sea para tener un sistema ideal que produzca excelencia de calidad de vida para todos debemos primero tener bien definido el objetivo común del hombre que habita este planeta de más de 7 mil 200 millones de habitantes y ese objetivo como lo expusimos anteriormente es con la coincidencia universal o sea con DEMOCRACIA positiva y productiva.
· ¿Por qué Células de Producción fuera de las ciudades?
1- Porque casi todas las ciudades se fundaron en lugares ricos en tierras fértiles con agua o ríos y alimentos naturales, y actualmente están cubiertas de concreto y pavimento que solo han creado romper la cadena ecológica y productiva de alimentos y actualmente seguimos destruyendo lo poco de vida natural que existe, tenemos que recuperar paulatinamente y a largo plazo esta vital riqueza perdida.
2- Porque debemos generar y crear en las zonas áridas o semiáridas áreas verdes y al ir descentralizando las ciudades podemos recuperar paulatinamente nuestra riqueza natural y volver a recuperar esas áreas productivas naturales, con esto se podrá recuperar parcialmente a largo plazo nuestro ecosistema.
3ro- Porque dentro de las ciudades están concentradas las fuentes laborales y la sobresaturación demográfica ocasiona graves daños ambientales y de servicios, por contaminación de carburantes vehiculares que agravan el calentamiento global del planeta, además de enormes consumos de hidrocarburos que son productos NO renovables.
4to- Porque el simple tránsito a cualquiera de nuestras actividades utilizamos enormes inversiones de tiempo que es desperdiciado y que podemos utilizarlo en tiempo productivo y de esparcimiento familiar o descanso.
5to – Porque al estar integrado a las células de producción global en las que las áreas laborales serán de producción específica, estas áreas estarán a una distancia accesible y rápida y si a esto le sumamos un buen diseño y planeación de transporte colectivo dejaremos de consumir casi en su totalidad carburantes dañinos al medio ambiente.
DINERO Y COMO SUSTITUIRLO
. Lo que queda claro es que se demostró en el DIAGNOSTICO que debemos desechar el RECURSO ECONOMICO por todos los problemas que genera. Pero como vamos a tabular la AportacionVS Retribucion.
En el tema de los RECURSOS se expuso el cómo eliminar el dinero o circulante, pero debemos tener un control o tabulador que valore la aportación del trabajador así como una justa retribución proporcional.
Este tabulador deberá cubrir como mínimo proporcional aportado contra la producción Global, ya expusimos el como elevar más de un 1000% la producción de Alimentos, Bienes y Servicios, por lo mismo.
Este estudio o tabulador será responsabilidad de elaborar al único poder político (PODER LEGISLATIVO) que existirá en UMMYJ con ayuda y asesoría de una comisión del Consejo de Administración Científica.
¿Cuáles es la forma de tabular las Aportaciones VS Beneficios y los diferentes escalafones de la pirámide Socio Productiva? Se tomaran como principales puntos:

RANGOS O NIVELES DE APORTACION

En este proyecto de UMMYJ en el escalafón más bajo de la pirámide podrán tener estos beneficios aunque más modestos que los escalafones superiores.
- En Servicios de Salud por ejemplo la Calidad de atención será la misma con la alta tecnología que se tenga al momento en equipo, medicinas y Cirugía, donde la diferencia radicara solamente en tipo y calidad de habitación o en Restaurants, Hotelería, Espectáculos, lugares de esparcimiento, Casas, Automóviles, etc., en estos temas deberá existir una diferencia entre los que más aportan y los que menos aportan, eso es lo justo.
Todos estos diferentes niveles socio productivos debemos utilizar los avances tecnológicos donde deberán estar controlados en sus diferentes rangos para poder accesar a recibir y consumir por medio de control biométrico y digital, para esto el control iniciara desde el día que la persona nace, deberá registrarse con un REGISTRO UNICO DE POBLACION y este registro deberá identificarlo en toda su vida con el cual tendrá un valor similar a una tarjeta de crédito de nivel 1 estrella, 2 estrellas…. 10 estrellas etc. según su nivel de aportación podrá acceder al consumo de alimentos bienes y servicios con su control digital y biométrico.
RECURSO NATURAL y PROPIEDAD PRIVADA
